By accessing and using Toastmaster Timer ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Toastmaster Timer is a Zoom app designed to help Toastmasters manage meeting timings, track speakers, and generate timing reports. The app provides timer functionality, agenda management, and virtual background control features for use during Zoom meetings.
Permission is granted to temporarily use Toastmaster Timer for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Toastmaster Timer operates as a Zoom app and requires access to Zoom's platform. Your use of Zoom is subject to Zoom's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Zoom's services, policies, or any issues arising from your use of Zoom.
All data generated and stored by the App is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers. For more information about how we handle data, please review our Privacy Policy.
The App may change your Zoom virtual background to indicate timing phases. By using this feature, you grant the App permission to control your virtual background. Background images are provided as-is and may be hosted on our servers for functionality purposes only.
The materials on Toastmaster Timer are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, we do not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on the App or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to the App.
In no event shall Toastmaster Timer or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing in the App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on the App are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained in the App at any time without notice.
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using the App, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
